SWIMWEAR
Take special care when washing your items.
- Cold gentle machine wash garment separately or hand wash with luke warm water. We recommend using a washbag.
- High amounts of chlorine will damage your swimwear. Neutralise any residual evidence of chlorine by rinsing in special swimwear wash from your local supermarket.
- Use mild detergent.
- Do not wring, soak or bleach.
- Do not tumble dry.
- Drip dry in shade.
- Do not leave rolled up wet.
- Rinse immediately after use.
- Do not iron.
- Do not dry clean.
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear.
- We use the best dyes available, however we cannot guarantee complete colour fastness on some fashion colours.
- Be careful not to wear light coloured clothing over wet swimwear. Some shades may bleed or transfer when wet.
- We recommend that you do not wear your swimsuit in spa baths, as it could cause damage to your swimsuit.
- Fake tanning products will mark and damage swimwear. Cole Swim recommends taking extra care when using these products and always ensure they are completely dry before they come in contact with your swimwear.
- Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear.
- We recommend that you rinse immediately after use.
EYEWEAR
Like all eyewear, our sunnies need to be treated with care to ensure they stay by your side for years to come. Following the following key rules will ensure your sunglasses survive day-to-day life.
- Be sure to keep your sunglasses in your case when you are not wearing them. This will ensure they remain in shape, and you dramatically reduce the risk of those annoying little scratches.
- To clean your lens, it is the best idea to use a soft lens solution. Try to avoid house-hold cleaners, as they can cause damage. Spray and use a microfibre cloth to further clean. Sparkly!
- Check the tiny screws in your sunglasses to make sure they aren't loose. This is an unusual one, but if a screw comes out while you are dancing around, it can be almost impossible to find it.
- Lastly, although we all do it, try to resist wearing the sunnies on the top of your head.
