RETURNS

We take extra special care with all our products and each item is individually checked for faults before being sent to you.

In the unfortunate case of any faults you have seven (7) days to inform us.

Please attach 4-6 images of the item showing the whole product plus where the fault is as well as original tags/packaging. Make sure the images are taken in good lighting to ensure we can process the dispute in a prompt manner.

At this stage we do not offer exchanges. However, after careful inspection, if your item is deemed a manufacturers fault we can refund cost of the item.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

All orders placed are final and no cancellations or changes can be made if the status has been marked as shipped.

Please read our size chart carefully when choosing a swimwear garment.
